9. Fabrication加工
The fabrication of the MSS is carried out at a prequalified workshop, and under the supervision of NRS qualified technical personnel.钢结构加工由具有资质的加工厂在NRS的监督下完成。
All fabrication is in addition carried out in accordance NRS own specification, doc. no. QA-2501, Technical specification for steel fabrication. This document.nbspis build up; using only approved and accepted European and US codes. 所有的加工必须遵照NRS的钢结构加工技术规范QA-2501,该规范是建立在公认的欧洲和美国的规范之上。
All fabrication is released by NRS personnel, prior to release and shipment to site.
加工出厂前必须有监造工程师的验收。
The fabrication is document.d, and complete fabrication document.tion is handed over to the client shortly after shipment to site.在发运后将向客户提供全部的加工文件。
The client is encouraged to carry out his own inspection during the fabrication.建议客户在加工期间派驻自己的监造人员。
10. Commissioning & Handing over验收及移交
After the MSS has been successfully assembled, NRS will carry out a complete check of all operational procedures. 当MSS安装好之后，NRS将对整个操作程序进行全面的检查。
A complete commissioning of steel structure and equipment will be carried out (Commissioning report to be issued by NRS)对钢结构及设备进行验收（验收报告由NRS发布）
After the 2nd span has been reached (1st span poured and MSS launched to 2nd span) the commissioning report including “hand over certificate” will be submitted.当第一跨浇筑完成并推进到第二跨，将提交验收报告及移交证书。
